Jovie Jovv, Kenyan rapper based in Nairobi. Founder/curator/originator of the Shrap Music movement. Known for his unique style of rapping on trap influenced beats in Kiswahili/sheng, he has shown his prowess as an influential and soon to be legend, rapper in Kenyan history. His hit songs include, Kiasi, Kibare Kwa Face, Form and Juiceman remix both of which he featured on. He is currently independent but always states his close association with family company Callivan Creatives, owned by Ivan Odie, one of Kenya’s prolific hiphop moguls. The two, Jovie Jovv and Ivan Odie, show a great connection, their relationship being more of best friends than associates, and promise a successful career in the Kenyan Music Industry.
