QR8 is a unique platform whose main goal is the discovery, development and distribution of urban-African music. QR8 is a series of EP’s developed, packaged and distributed by Black Market Africa that promotes collaboration and diversity while celebrating all that is uniquely African. We define QR8 as a process that involves selecting an artist and pairing them with a suitable producer (or vice versa) to record an EP, presenting the body of work in a fashionable style and managing all expectations that come with making the project a success.

QR8 is dedicated to providing musicians the tools and support they need to create new music, get their music out to the world, grow their fan base, and stay in control of their careers.
